Remembrance Parade 2005

Faversham squadron led this years annual act of remembrance in the town. This year the squadron was proud to ask Sqn Ldr Fitzpatrick RAFVR(T) WSO3 Kent Wing to be this years saluting officer (Sqn Ldr Fitzpatrick was a previous squadron commander at 1242 sqn).

The squadron actively supports the Royal British Legion (RBL) within the town and has been collecting hard for this years poppy appeal.

The RBL also recognises achievement amongst the cadet forces by awarding annually the George Foy Trophy (George was a previous Chairman of the RBL in Faversham).

This years award went to Cpl Nathan Tungate.

Amy Bilcliffe, Matthew Slater and Nathan Tungate.
